We realize that you are excited about your order. We will do everything we can to have it to you as soon as possible. Many orders can be shipped within a few days from when they are received. Custom filmstrips are printed in groups and may be delayed by two weeks.
We try to participate in many scrapbook, rubber stamp and paper craft events. You may have first seen our products at an event like this. When we are exhibiting at events, there may be a slight delay. You can determine if this will effect you in two ways. First, we will include a notice of any potential shipping delays on our main page. Second, if you are planning for a future purchase, you can consult our event calendar to be aware of any potential delays. However, we can typically ship orders within 3-4 days even when we are away attending events.
